Our room was nice, spacious, clean and light. The breakfast was very good and nicely situated on the roof terrace. The staff is very friendly. And the location of the hotel is very good. I will definitely come back and can highly recommand it.

The staff was extremely friendly, they cared a lot! The room at the side of the terrace is amazing! The terrace itself and the view are wonderful, too. The style of the hotel is very cozy and authentic.
For ecological reasons, I prefer hotels that pay attention to a conscious room service: it would be nice to add signs saying "towels on the floor = please change the towels" instead of changing towels and bed linen every day.

we had a wonderful stay at anixis hotel in july. the hotel is excellently located in the heart of the city of Chora, in a very typical and lively district. we had a family room with a very practical little kitchen. the breakfast served by the hotel on the terrace was excellent and the view magnificent. it was perfect

Manager/staff were extremely helpful and friendly- he picked us up at the port on our very late ferry arrival, was able to accommodate us with a larger room per our request, and gave helpful suggestions about our stay in Naxos

The service was excellent by its staff and it was very close to the port where all the stores and restaurants are.
The room was a little bit small and the location of the hotel is quite steep to get there and you can mostly get there on foot.

We loved our dreamy room ! The balcony and listening to the sea while going to sleep at night was our favorite part. It's also tucked away in the dreamy old part of Naxos. We really loved our stay here. Also, the staff were incredible.

The owners and presonnel were very friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and there were many different things to choose.
The entrance with the garden was lovely. The hotel itself beautiful and very clean. Everything worked prefectly. There was even a library with books in different languages available.

Everything was honestly perfect! Great views from nicely appointed room, impressively hi-tech bath/shower, location within the monolithic Bourg was steps away from local grocery & produce market, taverna's, etc. Venetian castle at top of hill worth a visit, too,
One slight caveat - wish breakfast was included in room price [though vistas from its veranda were quite 'priceless'].....and they could make breakfast offerings set up a little more efficient, but this is very minor.

This is our 3rd stay in Anixis Hotel. Welcome remains warm and friendly years after years. Rooms are perfect, some of them with an "Anatomical" mattress, a rarity in Greece ! Anixis is a very unique beautiful hotel. The room we stayed in was beautiful and so picturesque. We had a lovely balcony with chairs and a great view of part of the town down to the sea. We really loved it. The location is right in the middle of Naxos very close to the port and even closer to the old town where there are many shops. It is also a great location because it is right in the middle of local homes which I think is the best way to learn about culture and have an authentic trip.
There would be no way around this in this town, but there are many steps and it is quite confusing to find your way to and from the hotel.

This is a great little hotel amongst the little streets near the port of Naxos. We were picked up from the port which was really helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom a little small but adequate. We had our own balcony where we could sit and eat breakfast and listen to the sea. The hotel is in a great location, you can wander down through the old market and find great family run restaurants, and on to the port where you can find buses to take you to different parts of the island. It's great value for money and I would stay here again.

Dimitris was very very kind and came pick us up at the port and drove us back to the port when leaving!
The hotel is nicely located in the kastro district.
The garden is so lovely!
The room was nice, with a small balcony with sea view.
Definitely a good place to stay in Naxos.
Deserves more than 2 stars!

The hotel seemed recently remodeled and it was lovely, clean and comfortable. You could see the ocean from our balcony and its location in the Old Town was very nice. Enjoyed seeing "Grandpa" (as we referred to him) sitting in the courtyard area every morning. Learn a little Greek to be able to talk to him. Very sweet!
The continental type breakfast was NOT included in the room price and we did not know that there was a $6 charge for breakfast per person until we checked out.

We liked everyone who worked at the hotel. They were friendly and very attentive. Our room was perfect for our needs and very affordable. The hotel's location was exactly where we wanted to be.

The view of the Aegean is fantastic. They have a outdoor deck with tables where you can eat breakfast and also enjoy at other times of the day. Breakfasts are very nourishing. The hotel and the lovely garden are both beautifully maintained. I have never gotten such good value for my euros.
I would give it the maximum number of stars. It is important to understand that it isn't reachable by car and so one has to be capable of climbing up the hill about and eighth of a mile. Part of its charm in my opinion.

This hotel did not smell like cigarette smoke! The owner is friendly. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. Shutters allow you to block out light and noise. Rooftoop terrace for breakfast has a beautiful view. This hotel is by far superior value for the money.
This hotel is A+. It could be hard to find in darkness -- suggest you ask the owner to meet you at the ferry (as we did) if you are arriving after dark.
